I have acquired a used motorized screen with GrandView II controller and RF remote. The setup was working fine for couple of months. Suddenly remote control stopped working, manual stuff on controller still works though!
The controller has two lights one red(i believe its power indicator) other is green which i believe is RF. I don't see green light anymore. I tried basic diagnosis according to manual also tried to reset no luck.
Sent an email to grandview folks in hyd, but they want it to be shipped for diagnosis and if possible repair or need to buy new! As manual control is still working not in hurry to send controller to them.
Just wondering is anyone experienced similar issue and what was the resolution.
