Need help in creating a Subwoofer Box for Dynaudio Esotar 2 to be used in Home setup

I got a great deal on Dynaudio Esotar 12 Subwoofer and it should be reaching me by coming week.
I need some advise on creating a Subwoofer Box. It will be passive Box and I will have an external mono amp to run it. It will be part of my Home Audio Setup.

My setup is a 3.1 Channel, Dynaudio Emit 20 and Emit 15 as Center and My current Sub is Emotiva Airmotiv 12. Time alignment & equilisation is done through Mosconi DSP 4to6.

I am not a DIYer, but if someone can point me to a right person who can create the Box as per specs, that would be great....
