Need Help Reg Narayana Schools

Before lockdown I enrolled my kids in a nearby Narayana School in Hyderabad. They asked for seat reservation amount of 40,000. Luckily my kid got seat in a Kendriya Vidyalaya school. Now they are not returning the money and using delaying tactics. Can anyone help me in ideas on how to get the money back?

what does the contract/papers/document if you have any says about the refund policy?

Also, did they promise about refund in writing?

I will ask about my contract papers. I don't think I have read this because they we trying to hurry me up.
