If you really need a power amplifier, go with a 3 channel power amp from O&B. Value for money plus 3 year warranty.

For surrounds and Atmos you can look at Sonodyne to save some cash.

Tonewinner 8300 is an excellent choice. A friend uses it with denon 4700. It's a nice match.
Xtz edge series subwoofers are well regarded. Your budget might overshoot but, worth considering.

Yes, ive heard really good reviews of the tonewinner amp. im considering rel, svs, ascendo or rhythmik. Xtz subs usually have very fixed margins, like most xtz products. Less space for discounts

For an amplifier, I would definitely recommend O&B. Ankit already made 9- or 11-channel amps for our fellow members here; it will be superior than Tonewinner or Emotiva in terms of build quality and performance. For movies, better go with Rhythmik, monolith or Ascendo. Rhythmik prices way too high now but worth considering

Check here and also many other reviews in this forum if you check.

Im was offered the tonewinner for 1.7 lakhs, the o and b 5 channel amp itself is close to 2 lakhs post discounts.. but the power and specs look really good.
I like my subwoofers to be fast. Like ported but fast. Ive heard rhythmik is really good in that regard but really poor after sales.

Tonewinner is a good amplifier, but still, in the end, it's a Chinese amplifier. I don't know if they have any service centres in India. But Ankiet's after-sales is really good; he will support you if there are any issues. I would recommend you talk to him directly before finalising the tone winner.

Rhythmik after-sales are very bad; they take months to fix, then other safe options are SVS.

I am using O&B 3 channel power amp for the last two years, quite happy with it.
Also have a SVS PB3000.
You should try out one subwoofer first then decide if you really need another.
Placement and calibration is very important. I am also using dual XTZ 10.17 Edge subwoofers, but for most purposes I keep the SVS and one XTZ on.
SVS provides 5 year warranty in India if I am not mistaken, which provides peace of mind.

So you prefer the svs over xtz subs? Ik the pb3000 and xtz 10.17 are in different leagues but im asking sound signature differences, faster, lower etc

XTZ are decent for their size. 10.17 or 12.17, quite compact for driver size and output. They also have plenty tuning options (port tuning etc) and also can be daisy chained by XLR cable. Power output is also good, for the size. Easy to move around and try placement in different spots. Very good build quality and finish too.

PB3000 is huge compared to the 10.17 edge and the output is enormous. It is really in a different league.

What I'm trying to say is depending on your room, you might want to spend the 2 lakh budget on a single powerful sub rather than two lesser power subs. ADD another later if you feel the need.

The XTZ is quite 'fast' in sealed mode. Does not have high spl at very low frequencies which is expected.
PB3000 is also plenty 'fast' however it's output is tremendous and goes real low, shakes the entire room. Punches very hard!
