My Current Setup: 5.0
Front
: Wharfedale diamond 9.5 Floorstanding Speakers
Rear: Wharfedale diamond 9.1 Bookshelf
Center: Wharfedale Diamond 9.CS
AV Receiver: Pioneer VSX-522
Before this, I had Logitech Z906, so quite a big jump for me personally as far as my budget goes.
Now looking for a decent sub in the budget (40K-50K INR - $500 to $650). I have narrowed it down to below 4 subwoofers, and need your help to get the best out of these:

1. SVS PB-1000 (51K INR - $681 USD)
2. Polk Audio DSW 660wi (41K INR - $548 USD)
3. Polk Audio HTS 12 (38K INR - $508 USD)
4. BIC America PL 200 ii (42K INR - $561 USD)

My room dimension: 13.5 width x 14.5 length x 10 Height
My preferences are Movies 60% Music 40%

I purchased all these(speakers & receiver) last year from a dealer for around 53K INR - $700 USD. Is my current receiver is good enough for these subs or do I need a better one (Currently I don't have a budget to buy both receiver & Sub at the same time)?

Your AVR is good enough.

Your usage seems quite split between Movies/Music.

Maybe you can get a SB-1000 now & add another when you upgrade later to a dual-Sub capable AVR.
This should give you the best of both worlds for movies/music

My vote is for SVS and BIC 12.
I have bic 12 and I like it.
SVS has more fan following and is in great demand. I never got a chance to audition it.

SVS is 10" and BIC is 12"

Prices in India r higher than what u mentioned in the list by 10-15k.
Go with sealed Bic and and 2nd one later. It shuld cost 38k each

I've own a pair of SVS PB-1000s and have listened to Polk HTS-12. I'd rate the PB-1000 way over the HTS-12s for both Movies and Music. I'm very sure it'd surpass the Bic PL 200.

PB-1000s have both Quality and Quantity when it comes to Bass performance.

It might be costlier in India. But, if your room is somewhere within 2000 cu ft, PB-1000s does the job very well. Want even bass throughout multiple seating positions add one more sub.

Hts 12 offers enough bass quantity for movies and should be a good value for money if you are buying from India.

I would go with SVS anyway, aim for dual PB 1000 in future. With your room size, you shall be glad to add a Sub but in no time you might realise that one Sub like PB 1000 is not enough.. you will crave for more :)
