@ corElement & Flash: I was disappointed by Klipsch RF-82 in the first audition... butt when theymoved it as per my request into a room without glass and some carpeting which would feel similar to my Hall I was ecstatic because it was right then I knew I am gona OWN it!!
guess the surroundings play .. HUGE part.. not jst a good part..

Absolutely - Surroundings , room placement play a very important part,
Considering you have a carpet and heavy drapes. it would help toning down HF reflections

I have like 3 windows about 6x4.2 ft ; 5x4.2 ft ; 5x4.2 ft atleast, with curtains draped on all and to the further end across the hall a wall cupboard with another 4x4.2 ft and another a huge drape covering that section facing the speakers. 1 Sofa set , 1 Wooden Rack & 1 Side couch of sorts along wit two very old wooden chairs. near the TV.:licklips:

I am only worried about the marble flooring which I think I can cover with a good Carpet once I get my hand on one!!!

Marble ----- causes mighty bad reflections. A carpet would be a good idea :thumbsup:

I guess your final objective is a HT rig.
Have you given thought on the Center Channel

I shoudl get my hands of a compatible one.. so was thinking abt...klipsch RC-62 or 52.. what do you suggest?? can I go for some other makers Centre channel by doing something ?? or is it too difficult ?

Stick to either of the Klipsch centers for a tonal match with RF 82's.
Surrounds / Sub you need not bother too much you can go with any manufacturer

So I have to get on to the business of getting the center before anything huh!! ?? wanted to know the difference between them...I can only notice the driver size.. but does that make a descent difference or just barely ???? because the Klipsch Dealer in Hyderabad doesn't have em.

When it comes to moves. the center channel plays a very important role. 70% of dialog delivery etc emulates from the CC.

Now which model you choose from the Klipsch stable is purely dependent on you. Considering the size of the room. Bigger the drivers, Better.
Again it also boils down to how far back you are going to sit.
