I was on the lookout for a Philips 4750 in Bangalore and I found that most places did not have stock of it. While doing the rounds I came across the Philips HTS9800W system and was swept away by it's looks.
The reviews on the net seem positive about the system but it's old (launched at CES 2006) Philips HTS9800W Review on CNET UK
While a few UK based reviewers are complaining about them.
I was wondering if anyone on this forum has come across this system? Is it worth going in for it?
It has an active sub woofer and is a 6.1 system. The demo cd's sounded really good and though it was not really loud the audio was crisp.
