Need suggestion to buy 50k home theator system!?

I am looking for new home theator audio sysytem within 50k budget.
I have seen samsung ht f9730w ht system .
I am planning to buy dis one ; i need review on this if anybody can help me?

Go the separates way, I mean a proper home theatre is always receiver + your choice of speakers. Getting these HTiB is just tying up yourself.

In your budget you can get the Yamaha V373 A/V Receiver and a Boston Acoustics XS soundwre 5.1 speaker set.
