New here. NAD C368 needs to be repaired.

Hi all,

I have a NAD C368, amplifier with PSB T2 speakers. The amplifier needs repair as the power circuit has blown off due to voltage fluctuations.
the Service engineer (lakozy, Mumbai) is unable to locate the parts as NAD has filed for bankruptcy.

Can anyone point to a service engineer who can repair with local parts?

I own a NAD C352 Class AB and do my own repairs, can u post pics of the damaged section BTW is it a Class D amp? In that case , you will be stuck for lack of spares. But I know some SMPS repair guys from Mumbai, maybe they can help

They are just fooling you as they have lost NAD distributorship and NAD has decided to go dealer direct. They very much exist. Pls contact Mr Harsh Merchant - the country head of NAD.

Thank you for all the responses.I got in touch with Harsh yesterday and he immediately got the defective part replaced with a spare one and the Amp sprang back to life.

This was most reassuring and I was soon enquiring about a sub woofer and a CD player.

How I was misled into thinking that NAD spares were unavailable and even some experts told me to junk this to buy a new one.

Most importantly, Harsh is a gem of a person and a thorough Gentleman with whom I had a 3 hour discussion on wide-ranging topics including spirituality, philosophy and of course music. It felt like I was catching up with a childhood friend.

His house is an audiophile's paradise. It is not just the equipment, but the collection of rare Vinyls and CDs ,which is a real treasure.

We listened to a few songs but I had to leave. I intend to take up on his generous offer to visit again and listen to as much as I like .

I was very low spirited when I posted my first message here seeking help , but a BIG thank you to friends who connected me to Harsh. Really appreciate it.

I have a few audio equipment that needs repair. like Bose sound dock and also a Sony BlurayCD player. Is there a seasoned service engineer who can fix this without me breaking the bank FDs
