new pair of headphones

My headphones just broke and I need a new pair. I was for quite a long time looking to get myself an Audio Technica M50 but ofcourse, I want to know if there's any cheaper with the same performance of the M50 or even anything costlier than the M50's, maybe around Rs.1000 higher aswell.

Where is the M50's available to buy in India? Bajaao is way too costly at 14k and Pristine Note seems to be out of stock! :sad:

If you can order and have someone carry from USA , M50 arr now 121$ on amazon. Lowest I have seen in sometime

The M50 is way too expensive these days. Bought it for under 5K at one stage if I remember right.

The FA-011 is an option, I run around touting these...... if you don't mind open back headphones they're great. Very good VFM at 120 USD, liked it better than my M50S. Scales well with a decent amp too.
