New section for HTPC

Hi Mods,

I was looking for a forum to post messages regarding HTPC, but none of the forums seemed suitable. Its an AV source, but probably deserves a section of its own as there will be a lot of discussions regarding computer parts, which does not mix well with other types of sources.
