No sound Output from my Diamond 9.1 CS - Help!!!

Hi guys, i recently bought Denon AVR 1612 with Wharfedale diamond 9.1 2 Pairs as front and Back and 9.1 CS as Center speaker.
M Audio SBX10 as subwoofer.
My problem now is i cannot able to hear any sound from CS no matter what settings i change.

It is really irritating me a lot as i miss a true 5.1 channel surround sound.

Can anyone help me with wiring setting or any receiver setting which i might be missing pls...

As you know wharfe diamond 9.1 supports Bi Wiring.... so dont know how to get my CS working...

Am i missing something ? pls help me...

Hi
Check the setting of amp.
May be it is in Stereo or 2 channel mode.
If so change to 5.1 channel mode.
Another possibility is your input doesn't have 5.1 recording

Make sure that you are playing real 5.1 video file. 2ch audio can be converted into pseudo 5.1 with Dts neo or pro-logic setting.Also mention from which source the files are being played.Lastly make sure that Denon is outputting center channel or not by connecting 9.1 fronts. Double check speaker wire connections.
