Onkyo HT-R380 + Wharfdale 9.1 front speakers : Calibration

Hi All,

My setup :
AV Receiver : Onkyo HT-R380
Front Speakers : Wharfdale 9.1 : 6 Ohms
Sub Woofer : Onkyo SKW-390 : 6 ohms
Centre : Sony CT-77D : 8 ohms
Surround :Sony SS-RSX-77D + Sony SS-RSX-77D : 8 ohms

Room Size : 11' x 12'

Listening position : 5-6 ft from front speakers
Woofer placed between the front speakers - close to the right speaker : distance from wall : 1 ft
Front speakers placed at a height of 1.5 ft from floor
Surround placed at 2 ft from floor and 3 ft to the left and right of listening position - ear level

Please help with the calibration setting :
1. Speaker Distance
2. Level Calibration
3. Cross over freq
4. Dolby Settings -
a. Panorama
b. Dimension
c.Centre Width
d.Centre Image
5. Listening angle

This setup is for purely audio media - No Video/Movies
Audio : Flac/MP3 320 kbps
Genre : Rock, Metal, Classical, Pop, Psytrance
