I had an Onkyo TX SR-706 for about 3 years. Lately it started to produce a loud static noise when I turn it on, for the first 5/10 minutes. During this "warm up" time I can't see any picture from any of the connected devices. After the warm up period everything goes back to normal. This only happens when the receiver has been off for at least half hour. After the warm up time, I can turn the receiver off and back on and I won't have any problem.
