Onkyo TXNR 414 HDMI card not functioning

Hi I have Onkyo TXNR 414 5.2 channel. It’s HDMI card is not functioning. Is it worthwhile to get the card changed to a new one? Or should buy a new amplifier??
Anywhere place where one can get the HDMI card for a reasonable price??
