If space is not a premium I would suggest that you try the JE Labs open baffles. Its a design which for what reason works with just about any driver.

Being an open baffle fan this should get you more excited . Please pay attention to the FAQ about the OB Plan Point 4.

This is something I noticed in my system. That is one of the reasons, I went for a split system. The upper baffle (18 inch wide) takes care of mid and tweeter and has a flat response upto 200 Hz. The H frame design then takes up in the lower range.

That day we put some isolation and it worked well. I believe some weight or connecting beam rigidity on the woofer chamber combining with isolation to mid-top baffle will be the best thing to do which we discussed that day.

You are on the right path.

If you look at the Western Electric KS 7331 baffle you will notice the braces across the different panels . The KS 7331 supposedly sounds very good .

I like your choice of amplifiers as well, in these pics here. Although the pictures aren't too clear(mobile cam, I guess) but I can make out a Transcendent Son of Beast OTL amp and Transcendent grounded grid pre-amplifier in bothe the snaps while I think it appears to be a Sugden in the top shelf in the first snap. I do hope I am right about this one, maybe not.
Excellent choice, in amplifiers, I must say. You've got be be a very discerning stereophile to own stuff like that.

My apologies to the OP for going slightly off-topic but I am so glad someone is enjoying the inimitable OTL magic. What speakers do you normally use with the s/o The Beast? It'd be very interesting to hear more from you on this. Looking forward to that.

Yes i am using Transcendent OTL Son of Beast and pre-amplifier. I am using it to drive the vintage philips driver and RAAL tweeter.
I am using passive cross-over @3300 Hz.
For the Bass driver (in H frame), Ashok Mandal has made a Class D amplifier.
