Considering two channel audio, Which will be best connection to get good audio. Optical connection from Blu-ray or hdmi from Blu-ray or wifi using AirPlay from Apple TV/phone??

Assuming the decoder/DAC is in AVR.
If your content is 24/96 or less, OPT and HDMI are the same.
If you have 24/192, you may need Coax or USB.
Wifi is a little more tricky. Air is a shared medium; can never be full duplex.
If you don't have too many devices on the same network, it should be fine.
So it is not fair to compare wired vs wireless transmission.

Streaming services may have dynamic range compression over and above bit rate limitations.

Cheers,
Raghu

I heard in coaxial/hdmi, chance of noise due to ground loop if it is not earthed properly. In optical/ wireless it is minimum

HDMI is prone to jitter. A lot depends on what setup you have as a lot of high end companies have a jitter reduction circuitry in their AV preamps and Amps. Airplay if I am not mistaken downsamples high res video. In the even you are going the route of streaming high res audio go with Roon or subscription based service like Tidal.

Apple tv will resample to 48 khz. Original for music is normally 44.1.
If it is an airport express then better than apple tv. It keeps 44.1.
More better is the oldest model of airport express, the g version. But hard to find.
