Hi guys, as the title mentioned, I just bought the TV yesterday and was testing every features in it. I tried to play a movie in my usb pendrive in it, and the movie was playing fine but its just that the subtitles do not work. My movie format is initially mp4 and subtitle is .srt format.

and try using the solution listed there, by using the mkvmerge programme. I tried to convert my .mp4 movie format to mkv format and try to put the subtitle into the movie. It worked fine in my laptop. However, when I plug my usb to the TV, again the movie is playing perfectly fine but the subtitle is not coming out though. Anyone knows what should I do? :sad:
