murali, I think Audire at coimbatore will sell as they do have some link and also, some model of their own which shares a great deal from Pass labs amp. Just touch base with them and given that they are near your place probably you can drop by and give it a listen. It might be your poorman's pass labs

They don't have a distributor in India. You might wish to contact them directly and see if they ship.
