Hi, I am planning to buy either Mission LX3-MKII or Mission QX2-MKII. I originally had a plan of buying Polk ES 20 but they have become very expensive. I am having a hard time choosing between the Mission Speakers. I have a Fosi Audio BT20A pro amplifier. Which one should i go for? How does the QX2 sound? The diff between the two speakers is just 3K.
If I read the spec correct, the QX will have more deep bass while LX would go louder than QX.
Fosi Audio BT20A Pro is rated at 300Wx2 4 Ohm as per this site Spec. This should be able to drive QX at max power right?
Those are class D amps and not sure how it performs from the spec sheet. Hopefully, it is good enough.
Qx2 mkii is a 4 ohm speaker with 88db sentivity. If you are using it with a sub, it should be fine with BT20A Pro.
Hello, it's been a while. I found your thread and I am in a similar situation, looking for a QX2 MK2. How has yours been holding up? Which amp did you get to drive it?
I am using PM6004. sounds good. my source is downloaded mp3 and wav files, spotify and apple music. It sounds great when I play wav files.
