PC to TV

Hi,

Is there any provision to get the output of my PC in TV. We have a desktop place near our samsung 25 inches conventional TV. We would like to get the output from our PC into TV when we wanted to watch some movies.

By conventional TV, i think you meant CRT TV. To hook this tv to your desktop you can use PC to TV Converter / VGA to COMPOSITE AV + SVideo + VGA | eBay

If you have an LCD TV then connect the VGA output of the pc to the vga input of the TV.

How common is VGA port these days?

I last looked a few years ago, when I was thinking of having dual-purpose TV/PC monitor, and could only find it on the smallest TVs.

HDMI wasn't yet common then. I suppose that covers everything now.

crt wud still not have a vga i guess. still need a s-video or rca's
