Phone with projector?

I can't see available phone with projector now. I heard Samsung released one before but I can find where to buy it. Besides, what I want is the one with bigger projector screen. Any idea on the phone or models with such feature?

You may also consider getting a portable battery powered projector that will connect with multiple sources, including your current smartphone.
