Please help to indentify Valve Amplifier

I bought an amplifier around 2008 and lost the document that came with it. I also tried an image search on the internet, but got nowhere... Thanks in advance!

It is a stereo amp, using 1/2 12AX7 and 1 12AU7 preamp tubes and 2 x EL34s in the power amp per channel. No product labels anywhere including inside the chassis.
