pls guide - entry level amp for senn hd598

Guys, pls suggest an entry level amp for Sennheiser, which will make a distinct impact. Saw some USB based ones from Shangling which doesn't have any volume control, and then saw some tube based ones from fosi audio with bass and treble... currently playing thru phone/laptop...would items suggested above add value

HD598 is not that power hungry, should not be difficult to drive. If you have a budget in mind, let us know, that will help to get a few suggestions.
Something like Lotoo Paw or similar offering by Fiio is a good option to begin with.
