Polk T-series + AVR S760H + JBL Arena 6IC: Speaker wire 16 or 14 AWG?

Folks having similar setups, which wire and brand did you pick? And where did you buy it from?

I use Amazon basics 16awg wire. However, if the length of the wire needed is larger than 40-50 feet, I'd use 14awg instead, just for my peace of mind.
