Not much value for money at $500, Suri, is what I thought. Also there is no concrete comparison with other DACs of similar price.

Personally I think going with DAC kits may be the best thing to do in the prevailing circumstance.

if portable is what you are looking for you should look at the PICO dac
its a decent dac for the money
