Pre-owned amp + speakers for music

Hi

I am new to this forum and a novice in hi fi audio. Nevertheless i would like to begin by buying an amplifier and a pair of speakers, i wanted to buy new buy after reading a lost of posts realized that pre-owned might be good for me. I have limited budget and would like to build as and when needed. I am open to any brands / configurations. Can anyone help me find pre-owned systems in Bangalore.
