PRO Ject DAC - any experience?

Want to know feedback about PRO JECT DAC from Austria.
D / A Converter: Texas Instruments TLV320DAC23
Cirrus Logic CS4344. 24Bit/192kHz
Entry level are available at 10K

Are they as good as reputed DACs like Dacmagic, rDAC etc?

Another question:
Some DAC dont only headphone output. Can I connect that to Amp.
Is there difference in signal between RCA out and headphone out? OR only level difference?

The line out is fixed output while the headphone amp will have a volume control. However the headphone section may introduce some coloration to the sound if it is not neutral enough.
