Projector inside a mall

Hi People.. I have no clue about projectors... so looking for help...

I am looking for a projector that can be used inside a shopping mall (during the day) and still give good contrast/clarify. Has anyone seen any good projector displays inside any mall in Bangalore?

Please suggest the best projector and screen and what would it cost.

What should be the screen size (max)?
