It is not convenient to watch normal TV on PJ. Movies are best and perhaps some occasional football, cricket, F1, etc. As stated by manoj, TV cannot be substituted, i.e., as long as you wish to watch normal TV at home. 
Projector , Screen and stuff - Suggestions please !
