PSB Synchrony One b Speakers

I have got a quote for PSB Synchrony One b Speakers 1.38Lac need some info on this.Thanks.

Very good speaker but the Synchrony One (floor standers) are the real gems.

For the same price you could do well with the Imagine T.
Not sure what the prices are but you would also have to add the speaker stand.

What electronics are you using? I would recommend lots of power to make them sing.

I am going to use a Wadia 151 mini power dac cum amp gives 30 to 50 watt.

Ajit, IMHO that ain't gonna work! Look for other speakers, notably Amphion Helium 410, as they should pair well the wadia.

30W - 50W will not be a good match for the PSBs.

For that price range do look at what Jochen Semler is offering at Listening Room in Bangalore.
He had a very good deal on the Blumenhofers which were ideal for a 30 watter.
Those are ideal for a nice low watt amp.

For a 30 Watt Amp your speaker should have a sensitivity of greater than 89dB/W/m in around 200 Sq.Ft. room for a reasonable power & energy response and offer enough headroom for the amp.

Ajit, I doubt if you'd be able to use the Wadia with Synchrony Ones. If you'd like to use the Wadia, you'll definitely need higher sensitivity speakers.

Since you're in Kerala, if you're travelling to Kochi, it would not be be a bad idea to take your Wadia to the Rethm Studio and try it out with a Rethm Trishna. You might like what you hear!
