Q Acoustic s2001 5.1 Home Cinema for Yamaha AVR?

Hi,

If you are looking out for something which will do good justice to movies, music and gaming ...the Boston Acoustics Soundware XS 5.1 speakers are your best bet and within budget....HiFiMart sells the same for 24k. I did audition these speakers on a Marantz SR AVR and they really rock for the size and price...better than Bose Acoustic Mass etc...value for money.

With the budget you have, you can even go for Bookshelf speakers....There are Bostons available on Hifi Mart even Floor Standers with a good more powerful sub. End of the day it depends on what appeals to you and your wallet.

Hope this helps.

Got the speakers last week, but had been busy.
They are much bigger than I thought they would be, but thats fine

Just connected them temporarily for now to test them, and used the YPAO and it all seems to be okay for now. Will position them where I need them to be tomorrow and will re-calibrate them. Just tested a bit of music to setup the Sub, and tested RUSH and sme other Blu-Ray for the movies. I am sure it will take me sometime get it all set upo right.

Any tips on setting up...?

Thanks a for all the help.

As for the TV I have decided to hold onto that thought for another week or 10 days or so, will decide then, right now I am just overly joyed with these speakers.
