Query on Big TV

Hi,
Does anyone know if we can transfer Big TV from one person to another? My friends own a Big TV connection, but doesn't want to use it. He has not yet activated his connection, but has the Dish and the STB with him. Will it be possible for me to take it from him and get it activated and use it?

I dont think it is difficult, you can buy it from him and activate it under his name with a change of address which is allowed.
