Rear surround and Subwoofer affordable option

Hi there,

My current setup:

Receiver - Yamaha HT6240 (105w per channel 5.1)
Front speakers - Warfedale Vardus VR400 floorstanding
DVD player - Philips (low cost)
Digicomp - Tatasky HD
Television - LGPK50550R (Plasma 50")

What the setup is missing presently - Subwoofer & Rear Surround & Center Channel. My option for rear surround & subwoofer
- Acoustimass 3 Series IV Stereo Speaker System costs 13,388/- INR (affordable for me)

Questions:
1. The Bose subwoofer & speakers specify an RMS rating:10-100 watts per channel with an Impedance: 4-8 ohms. Will it suit my existing setup since my yamaha receiver delivers 105w per channel?

2. How is the Bass effect of Bose Acoustimass module as compared to others in this cadre?

3. Are there any other feasible options within a budget of 15000 INR?

I am waiting for Darshan's reply as he got the one & yet to burn in.

He has already done that & his 1st impression is it is good for music.
Now can US AVR be made similarly to work with 240V?

But I guess Darshan has experimented it only with speaker level input and I guess it is not as good as line level which gives less distortion and better control. Since he is yet to get his hands on the Yamaha AVR, I do not know if he has tested with .1 LFE channel output in movies.

I'm going to upgrade the system, I'll go for denon 1912 OR 2312 if AVR changes, then subwoofer would also needed to change since my JBL having power 100W,
