Guys, one of my buddy in US, is looking to build an entry level audiophile experience...

I had good experience with the f5 v2 that OM, built, it was the closest I heard a ss sound like tube..

So couple if things... I planned to suggest speakers by zu audio and perhaps a diy amp... Pls advise if can recommend someone from USA that you know also, what amp would you suggest...

He listens to metal, electronic, indie that type...

I'm not sure how much technical skills he has in soldering, troubleshooting etc. but it's certainly not a cakewalk; at least for a non-technical person like me.

I suggest that you recommend him to get hold of a fully made modules from the likes of Class D Audio, Hypex.
