Repairing a media player power supply input in Bangalore ..

Greetings!
A year after shifting house I unpacked by Minix Neo-x8h and could not find a power adapter with a DC plug that fit. While trying out the various adapters, I tested my WiFi routers plug and it worked. However too late...! I belatedly realized that was 12V DC PSU while the minix only takes 5V. I smelt a burning smell for a few minutes emanating from the insides of the box. Now I purchased a new 5V PSU with a DC pin that fits but its not powering on at all while the box is getting quiet warm over time.

Where in Bangalore is good reliable repair service that I can trust with opening the device and fixing the power input without breaking anything else?

Thanks! I strayed away from this hobby, now planning to reassemble the audio stuff I had packed away years back.
