It does indeed. Only yesterday I came to realise that it is in mono. Of course, 1971 TV would have been. Also, this programme was broadcast when I was only 19. I doubt that I saw it, and probably wouldn't have heard of Neil Young for another year or so.

After posting, I listened to the entire half-hour concert three times through! It's worth it.

NB. A great source for unusual and sometimes obscure music: Dangerous Minds. I think I found this one there.
