I am in a very sad situation.I already posted a thread regarding the humming problem from my subwoofer.
After servicing I got my sub 2 days before from the service center of sonodyne.now the tonal quality and output of the subwoofer has changed.sonodyne service people said they replaced the amplifier section.the humming is now reduced to a certain extend.but now the sub is producing a distorted sound and about 60% it lacks the clarity and can hear the distortion which ruins the quality.
what is the reason for this kind of problem.the subwoofer diaphram is also heating too much after a 10 minutes of playback.I cannot understand why these kind of problems happening.
please members give me valuable advises.

Hum, may be a 50hz hum ? is usually due to a bad ground. Its the 50 cps electrical cycle rate ... literally it bleeds through the output.
I'd take a wooden spoon and tap a few spots to see if the hum changes ... I've found and fixed many amps that way.

Cool.

^^^I have checked it.but after changing the amplifier module tonal quality changed and amp is heating too much and distortion above 60%.these are the problems I am facing now.
