look out for a good stereo amp and i am certain they will do very well

i was quite astonished to look at the specs and i find that the weight of the cabinet is quite heavy which is always a good sign ( according to me anyway ).

will be nice if you can put up a pic of the setup so we can get an idea of the separation between the speakers. Maybe you can try toeing them out or in a bit to adjust the sweet spot.

another thing.. lookout for a good used CDP. that makes a world of difference too ( i am assuming you dont have one )

Thanks for your reassurance on the quality of Polk LSI 9. I generally like late night listening sessions. Can say they are very polite and gentle.
I already have a stand alone DAC (Micro Mega Mydac) do you still recommend CD player. My list of up dated for this year are bellow
1) Room sound treatment - DONE
2) Speaker stand - DONE
3) Speaker positioning - Still improving
4) Add DAC - Bought Micro mega MYDAC
5) ADD stereo amp or power amp or tube - need to do more research
6) Mod my speakers - VR3 mod kit available online not sure if i can do it myself
