What are the forum rules on selling movie disk?

I posted under "For Sale by Owner" but it never got posted and just a month back i saw someone selling season of bluray there. Just want to know what exactly are the forum rules.

You cannot sell on this Forum as per rules.

I remember someone selling the 5 BDdisc "Planet Earth" quite recently on the forum- and about a year and half ago I got a warning for asking to post a for sale ad for my DVDs/BDs. Wish the rules were made more flexible for selling original (legally bought) discs.
