well buddy if i have to pay 25k then would start building my 7.2 system. i am just looking this as an extension to my current system. i want to upgrade to 7.2 soon therefore not looking for a heavy investment as of now

Thanks Bud, but 15k is my budget can extend to 16k but 24k lil over budget now.... 21k mrp tsi 300 so 15k after discount ,tsi400 29k mrp after discount 23k .. is that math correct
But now if 4 of us can be up for TSI 400 let me check out what we might get ... but let me talk to Pro audotronics tomorrow and get smthng final for TSI300 and TSI400 ....

Yes they are authorised distributers for pioneer but when I gave my receiver for repair I enquired with the concerned person Umesh (whose mobile I am trying) for best speakers for the same.
He suggested me a combination of Polk TSI400 + PSW 111(probably) for 35K
(25K + 10K) ..... but at the same time gave me a quote of 15K for TSI 300 (After calling some distributer
) ....But hey kittu he told me he is getting a german brand HECO speakers sometime soon ... I am just waiting to audition it .. the reviews for same are good and looks also ... thats why I am halted for my floor-standers ... have a look at them yaar and share ur views ....

I too auditioned both and was quite indecisive between the two.. while 400s are clearly specs-rich, even 300s i found were vfm. as i said i was indecisive so i'm in for either.. as long as we can get a good vfm deal. i don't intend to go 7.2 in v near future so i can be little flex on spend.. i auditioned jamo C605 at cinebels - good but overpriced [43k w/o nego] for the performance.. has anyone heard those? any views, Kittu?
so pls pls see if we can cut a deal for tsi with pro aud.. if u think a visit together would help negotiating, i'm game.. just lemme know

300s or 400s , we should get a good deal even it we have mixed buyers as long as it's all polk and from the same shop.. isn't it? we can try overall discount in % terms rather than piece wise

certainly - will tell him 3-4 buyers for 300s or 2-3 for 400s. need some pointers on cutoffs? does 16k and 24k for 300s & 400s respectively sound decent? will try to be as nasty as possible :lol:

24.5k he is offering on 400s (single pair), he is getting back on 300s group buy for min 4 buyers.
I will keep the 15k ready
He is giving 17.8% discount for 3-4 buyers on 300s (incl cables). which comes out to 17,250/- I'm not too impressed with the deal.. what say? for a single 2pair 400s, he is giving out at 24.5 incl cables. I will go for that if the grp buy does not work out.
Not really attractive ... 16 would be ok for 300s and 23.5 is fine for 400s... Is he giving Chord cables or profx ? And bookshelf or FS we wont keep that far so throwing cables is not really sweetening the deal...

profx cables man.. trying to get him to sub 24 range but he is not budging.. lets see what happens face to face.. may be 24k.. since I need it (dont have any spkrs right now as in your case, with AVR lying idle) dont want 500 bugs to be a deal breaker!

TSi 400s :yahoo: nice speakers:clapping: configured in bi-amp... crackling sound and I guess it will get better after few days cost 24.2. but service was prompt and good. same day delivery & installation, COD.
