Samsung 55H6400 Touch remote

hello all,
my smart touch remote of samsung 55H6400 is broken (it got dismantled after my kid threw it). Samsung Guy declared that it can't be assembled again.

My query is:
1. does this model come with 2 remotes (1 smart touch and 1 regular non touch)?
2. should i try some local shop who can assemble it?

new remote is going to cost me 5.5k
