hello
I am from kerala
i have samsung led tv 46 " D 7000 bought on 8/8/2012
in 2013 the panel was replaced for the first time (took 1 month for that)
in 2015 the panel was replaced in February and June, two times (took almost 50 days aprox for each, over 3 months not used the tv coz of that)
the TV was under extended warranty by Shop thru TATA AIG, so problem till then
and No sound complaint was also reported after that
Now the panel problem persists again
and reported Before extended warranty is over
that is 3rd time in 2015 and 4th time after TV is bought
the problem is extreme clouding
which shows in dark scene and is prominent
this was the case before also
the service manger
saying they replace the panel and or also trying to report samsung for depreciation option
which is as per him 1st year no deduction
2nd year 22 % 3rd year also 22 %
just gave me the idea, so they did not confirm any thing as of now
if they replace the panel it will take another 2 months aprox.
and no guarantee that clouding will not persist,
also this complaint was reported before 3rd year is complete
so will it count for 22% deduction? what should i do plz help
