selection of HTIB:pl advise

hello all,i m new to this forum as also to this vast n complex field.knowing tht there r lot of experts in this forum, i request you to pl advise me on these :
onkyo HTS-3100,sony DAV-DZ810,yamaha YHT-365.i hve a samsung 32 lcd tv.my budget is 30 k.advise on other models is also appreciated.
