Can you recommend one for room size 19'x17' with ceiling going upto 15'.

Not sure about the cost of Jamo J10 or ELAC SUB50. Whats your budget ?

Would suggest velodyne impact 12 as your room is very large. Later you can add one more sub which will result in sufficient bass throughout. You can also check svs but your budget will overshoot badly. If you cannot extend budget then also look at boston acoustics asw650 which is decent for its price
