?SMSL-Troubleshooting-1?Buzzing / Noise Problem
If your amp has constant buzzing noise, to troubleshoot the problem, please ?
1? Replace the speakers,
- If the buzzing stops, it means the amp is good, and the buzzings from your original speakers, please replace a new pair of speakers.
- If the buzzing keeps, please follow step 2) below
2? power on your amp, disconnect the audio input (unplug the input cable from the amp), and turn it to maximum volume,
- if the buzzing stops, its very likely either your audio player device or the input cable is defective, please replace another audio source or the input cable.
- If the buzzing keeps, it means the amp may be defective. If your SMSL amplifier is purchased within one year, please contact your retailer for a solution.
This troubleshooting method applies to SMSL SA-50, SA-60, SA-36A Pro, SA-98E, MINI 5 and other SMSL amplifiers, and other general amplifiers.
Note: Please purchase SMSL product from authorized distributor.
