Sonodyne AVR - Any experience?

Hi all,
While browsing though Sonodyne website, I found 7.2 Channel Dolby/ DTS HD Decoder with Preamplifier -Model name DE-4348..
Seems like a full blown AVR from Sonodyne. Searched the forum, but didn't find any detail.

Anybody have the pricing details ? and Any experience if anybody owns it.

It will be very good for us if the price is lower than those international AVR (marantz/Onkyo/yamaha):)

Do we have the price now? Am also looking for a 4k processor for my Denon 4311 avr.

I Heard this processor for the WhatHifi Show at Mumbai and it was indeed quite nice and punchy......powered speakers were hooked up to it.

Movie experience was awesome and had excellent detailing.......the music experience (Concerts) was terrific.
 
I did enquire about the price at one time.. It was priced aimed at the mid-range Denon/Marantz .. Not sure why would anyone buy it..
