Hi all, I am offered this for 39k as clearance sale with Volumate, Chennai and I have agreed to it for my HT installation with Denon 2700h. Is it a good choice?

Can't be bad. Sonodyne know a thing or two about building loudspeakers.
The next time around, don't buy a speaker without listening to it.
I hope you have some kind of agreement with the dealer to take back the sub woofer if it does not play nice in your setup.

I have one and it works great for movies not so much for music, also i have an old sonodyne Roarr dual 6 inches subwoofer which was fantastic ( for movies and music) as long as it worked but something is not ok with the amp and i have to get it repaired, so you did pretty well if the subs are only for movies
