Sony 40S550 vs. Samsung 40A550 - PLs. help me decide

I am planning to buy a new HDTV and trim down my choice between the two. The Sony S550 is a 2009 S series model while Samsung A550 is I believe a 2008 model. Samsung however is cheaper by 20% compared to Sony. The S550 howver does not have any review yet considering it is new to the market. Any suggestions? Thanks.

well the B550A is the newer model with better image processing then the older A550A,the sony S550A which has a BE3 will upscale slightly better,it also has better sound quality then the samsung.
