Sony KLV40EX500 Audio Noisy on HDMI

Hi,
Any body facing any problem with Bravia EX500 Audio when connected on HDMI audio? When i connect the laptop to TV through HDMI i the audio becomes noisy and breaks also.

The Television is good but pblms is with laptop try updating your drivers
